Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access, download, or delivery has been provided. Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Custom projects (websites, apps, automation systems) are built based on agreed requirements. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and client cooperation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and approvals.
Appy Drops uses artificial intelligence and automation to enhance services. AI-generated outputs may vary and are provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and using such outputs.
Users may participate in affiliate or monetization programs where offered. Any abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and possible legal action. Minimum payout thresholds and conditions may apply.
Blockchain, token, and smart contract services provided by Appy Drops do not constitute financial or investment advice. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including financial regulations in their jurisdiction. We do not guarantee market performance or outcomes.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of delivered custom work unless otherwise agreed. Appy Drops retains ownership of underlying systems, frameworks, tools, and proprietary technology. Unauthorized use of Appy Drops branding is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use Appy Drops services for:
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distribution of harmful or abusive content
• Attempting to exploit or reverse engineer systems
• Violating intellectual property rights
We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you agree to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided through the Appy Drops Support Hub and response times may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appy Drops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. International users remain responsible for compliance with their local laws.
